Lane's Student Council Association (SCA) is made up of four officers and representatives from all classrooms in grades 1 through 6, along with staff sponsors Laura Schadle and Whitney Dierman. The president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer are elected each fall by their peers. 

All SCA members meet once a month to plan school spirit activities as well as school-wide programs like "Pennies for Patients." Representatives are responsible for sharing information from the meeting with their classmates and promoting the activities.
